I’m often asked ‘What is the best form of exercise’. My answer is always the same: ‘It depends on what you like to do.’ It also depends somewhat on what you’re trying to achieve. But if you don’t like the prescription, I know it isn’t going to make a significant impact. I come across people who say they hate exercise and don’t want to go to the gym. That’s OK. Are you here for a good time? I most certainly am! Or a long time? I don't believe the two have to be mutually exclusive. My definition of a good time also means hopefully a long – and healthy – time. I believe we should treat ourselves but also treat ourselves well. We all know that overindulging is not good treatment.
