My Story

Fiona is a qualified exercise physiologist, nutritionist, and wellness coach with over 20 years experience in all aspects of health and fitness in Australia and the USA including; corporate health, clinical exercise physiology, sport science, university lecturing and research, fitness industry coaching and instructor training, international fitness conference presenting, and as a TV health and fitness expert and author.
Through many years of experience helping people live healthier lives, Fiona recognises that simply knowing about, wanting or wishing for a healthy lifestyle doesn't make it happen. Neither does an 'expert' telling you exactly what to do. Changing behaviour is essential to achieving and maintaining goals in health & wellness for life.
Fiona is currently undertaking PhD research at NICM Health Research Institute and Western Sydney University in lifestyle medicine for mental health with particular focus on engagement and adherence to health behaviours.
She is a keen equestrian and aerialist.
